Ufanisi Finance was incorporated in 2016 as a private Limited company founded on Christian principles to bridge financial inclusion challenge for the youth and women in Kenya urban and rural, the lower segment of the economy that stands largely marginalized in Kenyan economy. We seek to foster this inclusion largely through a double-pronged approach and mandate:
a) Effective and impactful training - It's our passionate pursuit to build capacity among youth and women geared towards financial empowerment and freedom for this segment of the economy.
We provide holistic and practical training in areas such as; prudent spending, savings and investments, household budgeting, debt management and other aspects of financial literacy. We additionally provide training in life skills and entrepreneurship.
Our trainings take various models: seminars and conferences, coaching and mentorship, consultancy and partnerships with government and non-governmental entities.
b) Micro-lending: Providing micro loans to SMEs at relatively competitive rates, friendly and attainable security requirement and other friendly credit terms that have largely and for a long time excluded our target market from the mainstream financial sector markets.
